Returns & Exchanges

At SkyVista Trading Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
2. Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- CNC machines (must be unused and in original packaging)
- Cutters and end mills (unopened packages only)
- Workholding equipment (unused, original condition)
- Accessories and upgrades (unused, original packaging)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or installed cutters and bits
- Custom or special-order items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Consumable materials (tape, adhesives, etc.) once opened
- Software licenses
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
5. Return Shipping
For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
8. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
9. Warranty
All CNC machines come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Cutters and accessories are covered by a 90-day warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
