SkyVista Trading Inc is committed to delivering your CNC equipment and accessories safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the destination address. Exact rates will be displayed at checkout.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States (48 states). This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international orders.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy accordingly.
5. Large & Heavy Items
CNC machines and other large items may require freight shipping. Freight shipments are delivered curbside. You are responsible for moving the item from the delivery point to your workshop. We will contact you to schedule freight deliveries.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by contacting our support team.
7. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. SkyVista Trading is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.
